Thela takes its name from the street-food cart. The menu travels from Puraani Dilli ki Palak Patta Chaat and Chawri’s kulhiya chaat to Bombay sandwiches, Paharganj ke chhole bhaturey and Jodhpuri jalebi with kesar rabdi.

The classics sit alongside playful twists like millet paapdi chaat, avocado sev puri and edamame dimsums. Come for your usual; leave with a new favourite.
